What we collect

Account information: when you order, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your email and order status — never your full card number.

Intake data: your company and contact details, website URLs, where AI appears, the AI tools you use, and whether an enterprise customer sent you an AI questionnaire — the minimum needed to run the inventory.

Engagement data: classifications, generated snippets and sidecars, verification scans of the deployment URLs you confirm, and the evidence packs we issue you.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Engagement data is retained while your engagement or Sentinel subscription is active (Sentinel needs it for re-scans and refreshed packs) and for 30 days after, then deleted. Email us for earlier deletion.
