The service
MarkClear provides EU AI Act Article 50 marking and disclosure implementation: touchpoint inventories, disclosure copy, accessible snippets, machine-readable provenance sidecars, verification scans, and evidence packs, as described on this site. MarkClear is operational evidence tooling. It is not legal advice, not a law firm, and not a compliance certificate. Have counsel review before relying on it.
Billing
Article 50 Audit ($149) and Fix Pack ($449) are one-time charges via Stripe. Sentinel ($79/mo) is billed monthly in advance via Stripe; pause or cancel anytime. The 7-business-day Fix Pack clock runs from a complete inventory and pauses only while waiting on your inventory answers or deploy confirmation.
The 7-Day / Fix-It Promise
Fix Pack delivered within 7 business days of a complete inventory, or the Audit fee is refunded. If our scanner finds a touchpoint we shipped a snippet for missing its disclosure within 30 days of your deploy confirmation, we re-issue the pack free. Refunds under the Promise are operator-approved.
Acceptable use
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the inventory you submit; a classification is only as good as the touchpoint list it’s run against. Don’t use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No guaranteed outcomes
We never claim certification or “compliance guaranteed”. Regulatory decisions are outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We’ll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
